6packages. This is a configuration package, not a runtime module or Vite plugin.

10- `tsconfig.json`: ESNext target/modules, bundler module resolution, strict checking, preserved JSX, and default no-emit behavior.
11- `package.json`: exposes `tsconfig.json` as the package entry. Its `typecheck` script validates the shared configuration through the Style package's TypeScript sources, because this package has no TypeScript inputs of its own. There are no build or watch scripts here.
